If your subscription renewal payment cannot be processed, don’t worry. We automatically retry the payment and give you time to update your payment method before your subscription is affected.
What happens when a payment fails?
When a renewal payment fails, we will:
- Send you an email notification with instructions to update your payment method.
- Automatically retry the payment for up to 6 days.
- Keep your subscription and plugin licenses active during the 7-day grace period.
How do I update my payment method?
The failed payment email contains a secure link that takes you directly to the payment update page.
If your payment method has expired or changed, follow the link in the email and update your payment information.
What happens if the payment is still unsuccessful?
If we cannot process the payment during the 7-day grace period:
- Your subscription status will change to Paused.
- Subscription licenses will be deactivated.
- Access to subscription benefits will be suspended until the subscription is reactivated.

What happens after I update my payment method?
If your subscription is still within the grace period, we will continue retrying the payment automatically.
If your subscription has already been paused, you will need to resume it from your account after updating your payment method.
