On rare occasions, our system needs to refresh your VAT ID.

If all this does not help, the VAT servers have temporary problems (which happen from time to time), so the VAT-ID is not accepted from our side. In this case, you will need to try again later.
Your VAT ID will only work on new orders. You must cancel your subscription and start a new one for your VAT ID to take effect. The subscription price stays the same as the date you started it.
We cannot refund you VAT as that is a government entitlement and is legally out of our hands. You can reclaim your VAT at the end of the year.
