Possible reasons a customer loyalty voucher is rejected include expiration on the last day of the issue month, prior redemption, attempting to stack with another voucher, not meeting minimum order values, or use on subscription bundles. Here are a few possible reasons for this:
- It’s expired. Each customer loyalty voucher expires at 11:59 PM (California Time) on the last day of the month it was issued. The voucher expires earlier in some months if a big sale starts afterward. You will be notified 1-2 days before. If you try to use it in the next month, the cart will reject it.
- It´s already been redeemed.
- You have tried to stack the voucher with another voucher: Stacking of Vouchers
- Please consider the minimum order value of your loyalty voucher:
$25 Loyalty Voucher -> $32 Minimum Order
$50 Loyalty Voucher -> $75 Minimum Order
$75 Loyalty Voucher -> $99 Minimum Order - Loyalty Vouchers are not valid for subscription bundles.
