My Loyalty Voucher does not work

There are five possible reasons for this:

1. It’s expired. Each customer loyalty voucher expires at 11:59 PM (California Time) on the last day of the month it was issued. In some months, the voucher expires earlier if a big sale starts afterward. You will be notified 1-2 days before. If you try to use it in the next month, the cart will reject it.
   
   
2. It´s already been redeemed.
3. You have tried to stack the voucher with another voucher. You will find more information in our FAQ, "Stacking of Vouchers."
   
   
4. Please consider the minimum order value of your loyalty voucher:
   
   $25 Loyalty Voucher -> $32 Minimum Order;
   $50 Loyalty Voucher -> $75 Minimum Order;
   $75 Loyalty Voucher -> $99 Minimum Order;
   
   
5. Loyalty Vouchers are not valid for subscription bundles.
