There are five possible reasons for this:
- It’s expired. Each customer loyalty voucher expires at 11:59 PM (California Time) on the last day of the month it was issued. In some months, the voucher expires earlier if a big sale starts afterward. You will be notified 1-2 days before. If you try to use it in the next month, the cart will reject it.
- It´s already been redeemed.
- You have tried to stack the voucher with another voucher. You will find more information in our FAQ, "Stacking of Vouchers."
- Please consider the minimum order value of your loyalty voucher:
$25 Loyalty Voucher -> $32 Minimum Order;
$50 Loyalty Voucher -> $75 Minimum Order;
$75 Loyalty Voucher -> $99 Minimum Order; - Loyalty Vouchers are not valid for subscription bundles.
