Here we explain subscription management: to switch or renew, cancel the current subscription and start a new one; pausing is not available. Cancel via the account's Subscriptions tab. Changing billing dates requires canceling and repurchasing. No refunds are offered, and subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly until canceled.

How do I switch or renew my Subscription Bundle?

You can switch from your subscription bundle to another by canceling your current one and starting a new one. You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your Account and opening the Subscriptions tab.

If you are a monthly subscriber, you will lose your progress on your Sub-To-Own Cash-Back Voucher if you cancel your subscription before the 12-month cycle.

 

Just so you know, it is not possible to pre-order a subscription bundle, so it starts automatically when your current subscription ends. Each subscription begins when purchased and is automatically renewed monthly or yearly until it is canceled.

 

If you want to change your billing date, you must cancel your current subscription and start a new one on the day you wish to be billed each month or year. We cannot manually modify the payment date.

Can I pause my monthly Subscription?

We currently don’t offer the option to pause your subscription. Please cancel your subscription and purchase a new one whenever you like.

If you cancel or change your subscription within the 12-month cycle, you will not be able to continue your subscription later. Also, you cannot transfer your paid months to your new subscription plan.

How can I cancel my Subscription?

You can cancel, update your payment method, or view your subscription status by logging in to your account and opening the Subscriptions page.

 

If there is no subscription information, the subscription has already been canceled.

Can I get a refund on my Subscription Bundle?

Please understand that we do not offer refunds for subscriptions as we clearly state the functionality of the subscription on the Product Page, in our FAQs, EULA and in our E-Mails.
