Our web technicians spent a great deal of time formulating the data on all of our customers to get things right.
If you feel like we have placed you incorrectly into a group then please let us know by showing proof where you feel that you should be.
We will cross reference what you send us and if we have somehow made an error in calculating your customer tier level then we will take the appropriate action to rectify it.
