In order for us to examine the issue and attempt to figure out what the problem is, our development team will need to be able to reproduce it on their end, preferably in an environment that is as close as possible to the one that you are operating in. In order to be able to do so, we will need a few things from you. Please send us the following:

1) Screenshots and or screen capture videos which show any of the error messages, etc

2) A crash log

3) Your DAW project where this happens

4) Detailed list of steps that outline how we can recreate the problem on our end

Once we have these, our QA and development teams will review everything.
