Where are my vouchers?

If you did not receive your customer loyalty voucher the month after you made a purchase, then make sure you are subscribed to our email list. Update your email preferences to verify that the “Sales [&] Special Promotions” box is checked. If you ever click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our email newsletters, you are removed from all the categories of messages we send, including the one that is responsible for the customer loyalty vouchers.
