If you are having issues with activating your newly purchased plugins, please try deleting your current license file, and then follow the "offline activation" procedure.
On Mac, open Finder and click on Go > Go to Folder, and then enter this file path exactly as written below:
~/Library/Application Support/
On Windows, the location is:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\
Look through the resulting directory, find the folder named “Plugin Alliance”, delete it and restart your DAW.
Mac:
If you continue getting the same message, or if you didn't find a folder named “Plugin Alliance” in that directory above, there is probably a permissions issue with the directory where the license file goes. In that case, you can right-click on the Application Support folder, select "Get Info" and try changing permission settings, or you could try getting help from Apple Support.
Next, try authorizing offline: If the plugin activation window isn't already open, click on the "Activation Required" text, or the key icon on the bottom right side of the plugin window. Next click the "I'm offline" button, and then click "Save to file" to save your machine ID. Then, open a browser window and go to Manage Devices, click "choose file," and upload that machine ID file. Click "activate." Then click "Download license file" and you'll get a file that you can upload by clicking on the "open license" button in the plugin window.
