Please do these steps:
macOS
Reinstall via the Installation Manager. (No need for deleting anything.)
- Open Finder.
- Press
Command + Shift + G(⌘⇧G) — this opens the Go to Folder dialog. - Paste the following path:
~/Library/Application Support/Plugin Alliance/ - Hit Return — it will take you directly to the correct folder.
- Delete the "Plugin Alliance" folder.
- Try the activation again via the plugin.

Windows
- Click on the Windows start button on the bottom left of your screen.
Type "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\" and click on the option which appears. - Look through the resulting directory, find the folder named “Plugin Alliance”, delete it and restart your DAW.
- Try the activation again via the plugin.
