Symptom
When trying to install a product with the Plugin Alliance Installation Manager, the download fails and the installation stops.
Solutions
This issue is usually caused by one of the following components interfering with the connection to our servers:
- VPN / Proxy
- Network Security software / Settings
- Antivirus software
Generally, disabling the above mentioned software components solves the issue.
If the issue persists, there are two alternative ways do download your product installer:
- You can access all installers on the individual product pages. Just scroll down to DOWNLOADS and you can find installers for macOS and Windows. Example:
- You can also log in to your PA account and open the Manage Registered Plugins section. Find your product in the list and click it to show the download links:
